Since immemorial time, vanilla is the black gold of Madagascar. The cultivation of vanilla is so traditional and ancestral.

Our production comes from  the family plantation, located in the north-east of the island in the Sava region Antohomaro located in woods beside a lake for ideal irrigation of the culture.

In fact, the vanilla from the orchid family (Vanilla fragrans and vanilla pompona) is a tropical plant that requires a hot, wet, dry climate, it calls necessary dryness to induce flowering and pod maturity, and abundant and regular rains. In addition, a high humidity in the ambient air is very favorable to its growth.

Only producers of vanilla from the edge of the Indian Ocean, the Comoros, Madagascar, the island Mauritius, Reunion, the Seychelles are entitled to the designation called "Bourbon". These are high quality, as defined by being able to be wrapped around your finger without damage, they are neither split nor scared, or dry and develop strong notes of cocoa.
